Aspire Active Air® 8 Acute Mattress Replacement

• A dynamic mattress replacement suitable for users at
very high risk of pressure injury. Featuring easy to operate
lateral air cells to assist with patient turning, the Active Air
8 Acute provides the highest levels of care into acute and
long term care environments
• TurnAssist valves located on the side of the mattress
engage integrated lateral air cells to tilt the mattress
surface by an angle of up to 30°. This improves bed
washing, changing of linen and clothing, positioning
of manual handling slings/sheets and targeted relief of
asymmetric/laterally located pressure areas. Drastically
improves WHS outcomes for care workers by minimising
manual handling
• Auto Detect: Based on the user’s detected weight, the
pump adjusts its output for optimal care
• Cell-in-cell technology is a static safety cell layer which
maintains full inflation throughout all cycles to prevent
bottoming out risk
